I am fcuking sick of losing.
I swear i am very serious about this issue.
I AM FCUKING SICK OF LOSING!
I AM SICK OF PUTTING MY HEAD DOWN AFTER EVERY MATCH.
I AM SICK OF ALL THESE.
Today we played against strangers and we lost again.
I realised they are very consistent in their roles.
Their 3 defenders always hold the back line and the furthest they go in midcourt
unless their strikers already fall back to help.
I think this is a very clever play.
The furthest Defenders should go should only be midfield.
They only chiong up when Strikers fall back to help and its impossible for them to chiong up again so at that very moment , defenders should run up and push as far as possible.
Not only they pressure us like hell.
Their strikers also dont have to rush back immediately because their defenders never pump the ball up. Instead , they hold on to the ball as they run up the court.
Their strikers area able to pick up ball from deep cross and i really salute their ball control.
They play very wide and yet still penetrate us like hell.
My brother told me our players always tend to play offensive whenever we play against strangers. I'm sorry about this today. I should have play my Center back role.
Today their 1st goal against us was a header..
Its a fcuking disgrace and humiliation to me.
Its my fault too....
I shouldn't have let cheng play Center back when his height couldn't match their striker..
Not to say he is wearing specs too so he will definitely have phobia heading aerial balls..
Its my mistake to misjudge and let cheng take that clearance header..
Cheng missed it which result to their 1st goal..
Its a fcuking header...
I really realise my mistake.. I should the 1 taking the head and i shouldn't let cheng take it.....

Their 2nd header was when they counter attacked after i chiong up to head ball for throw in..
Sbs.. i really hate this feeling..
I think i should have done more..
In future i will only be at the heart of our defense.
